SNOW HILL, NC – The Emmanuel Women's Golf team competed in the Conference Carolinas Championships this week and ended on a high note. After a slow start, the Lions finished strong with a 2^nd place finish (935 total score) as a team behind champion, Erskine (930 total score). Emmanuel freshman, Keely Johnson led the way for the Lions becoming the first Emmanuel golfer to win the individual title. Johnson claimed the title on the third playoff hole, carding a two-under 70 on the final day of competition.
