FRANKLIN SPRINGS, GA – Earlier today, Conference Carolinas unveiled the 2025 Preseason Coaches' Poll for Men's Cross Country. Following a year where the Emmanuel team was made up entirely of freshmen, the Lions are tabbed to finish 9^th in conference with 113 points.

Graduate student, Paola Rubio as well as junior, Gracie Woods and sophomore, Rose Reardin were named Runners to Watch for the Lions. 

The Lions will kick off their season on September 5^th with a night race at Bob Jones University.
