Kingsport, TN – The Emmanuel Men's Swimming team finished conference championship action today at the Kingsport Aquatic Center. The Lions closed out the Conference Carolinas Championship with the 1650 Freestyle, 200 Backstroke, 100 Freestyle, 200 Breaststroke, 200 Butterfly, and the 400 Freestyle Relay.

RESULTS

• In the 1650 Free, Emmanuel's Samuel Moller finished 3^rd with a time of 16:26.07. 
• In the 200 Backstroke, Hayden Lester finished 3^rd with a time of 1:51.93.
• In the 100 Freestyle, Mateus Lopes finished 3^rd with a time of 45.38.
• In the 200 Breaststroke, Maximiliano Benitez finished 2^nd with a time of 2:02.47.
• In the 200 Butterfly, Jan Michalak finished 2^nd with a time of 1:52.29.
• In the 400 Freestyle Relay, the Emmanuel team of Leonardo Medeiros, Mateus Lopes, Arda Hulagu, and Jakub Mecner finished 3^rd with a time of 3:03.38.

After the final day of competition, the Lions finished in 3^rd place behind Conference Champion, University of Montevallo and 2^nd place finisher, Converse University. 34 points separated 1^st and 3^rd place.
