Cailin joined the Lions as a Freshmen in the Fall 2024 season. Where she earned the 2024 Second Team All-Conference. 

In Cailin 2024 career she appeared in all 31 matches, playing in 108 sets. Tallied 139 kills, with a season high of 11 kills against Converse College. Lead the Conference in total blocks at 103. She collected 226 total points on the season. Cailin was named Conference Player of the week after collecting 24 kills and 12 blocks over 10 sets. (.611 hitting percentage and 12.0 blocks/set). 
In her 2023 career Cailin appeared in 18 matches, playing 59 sets. She recorded a career high of 14 kills versus North Greenville in regular season play and season high 9 blocks versus North Greenville in Conference Carolina's Semi-finals. 

In Cailin's high school/club career she was a 4-year starter at Effingham County High School (ECHS) in Effingham County, Georgia. Pritchard tallied a total of 1,027 kills and a career .380 hitting percentage. Defensively she accumulated 273 total blocks in her 4-year high school career. Cailin was named to the 6A-2nd Team All-Region as a Freshmen, the named to the 6A-1st Team All-Region as a Sophomore and Junior. Cailin was named ECHS Offensive player of the year as a Senior. She was also named to First Team All Greater Savannah as a Junior and a Senior. 

Cailin is the daughter of David and Chanin Pritchard. She was born March 25, 2005. Cailin is a Biology major with minor in agriculture. Cailin's favorite Bible Verse is Colossians 2:7, "Rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness."
