Leading up to joining the Emmanuel Lions, Morgan Broome built an impressive nine-year volleyball career, including five years competing with a top-100 club program in the Nation, CUVC in Charlotte NC. Her development reflects both versatility and a deep understanding of the game, as she successfully transitioned across three key positions, beginning as an accomplished setter, evolving into an explosive middle, and ultimately establishing herself as a dominant opposite hitter. A varsity starter in high school, Morgan earned All-Conference honors and consistently proved to be a valuable asset on the court in her club career as well. She developed a reputation for being a true impact player, combining athleticism with a high volleyball IQ, and earning recognition for her versatility, competitive drive, and ability to perform under pressure. Whether contributing offensively or anchoring defensive efforts, she played a critical role in her team’s success. Beyond her performance, Morgan distinguished herself as a leader, setting the tone through her work ethic, communication, and unwavering God first, team first mindset.
