WEST POINT - Ga - Emmanuel softball traveled down to Point University in West Point, Ga Saturday afternoon for a double header.

Emmanuel lost the first game 8-2 but wanted to honor Kalen Callaway, a junior from Colbert, GA who not only scored the only two runs of the game for the Lions but also came in to pitch in the bottom of the 3rd inning. Callaway held the Skyhawks to only 3 runs and 4 hits.

In game two, the Lions bats were stronger being able to pull out 5 runs. Jordan Williams, a freshman from Danielsville, Ga. was the highlight of this game by going 3 for 4 at the plate, scoring 3 out of the 5 runs for Emmanuel. Unfortuntely, the Lions lost the game 8-5.

Emmanuel softball travels to Southern Wesleyan, Monday the 13th, for a 5:00and 7:00pm that afternoon.
