CENTRAL, S.C. - The Emmanuel College women's basketball team defeated Southern Wesleyan University, 79-76 on Wednesday night. This win brings the Lions record to 19-6 overall, 14-4 in conference. 

Sophomore Hanna Grogan led all players with 26 points and 4 assists. Sophomore Breanna Locke and Junior Ajah Taylor also dished out double-digit points with 12 and 10 respectively. The Lions went 14 for 14 on free-throws, helping them clench the 3 point win.

Next up, the Lions will take on Converse College on Saturday, February 23rd in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
