MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. - The Emmanuel College softball team fell to the Mount Olive Trojans in both of their games on Sunday afternoon. With these losses, the Lions record moves to 18-23 overall, 7-9 in conference. 

In their first game the Lions posted 6 hits with two each coming from Ryanne White and Noelle Petty. Becky Collins and Isabelle Petty had one hit apiece. Noelle Petty recorded 1 RBI. Despite more hits than their opponent, the Lions lost game one 3-1.

The Trojans took game two, 2-1. Mary Baxter, Ryanne White, and Caitlin Parks had 1 hit each.

Next up, the Lions take on Georgia Southwestern at home on Wednesday, April 10th.
