Kingsport, TN – The Emmanuel Swimming Lions competed in the Conference Carolinas Championship this week and for the fourth straight year, the Emmanuel Men's team came home with the title! 
 
The Lions had a total of 839 points, with the second-place finishers, Barton. College ending the week with 648 points. 
 
The Lions picked up several individual awards at the Championship including –
 
Freshman of the Year – Nedas Giedraitis
Elite 23 – Scholar Athlete of the Year – Jeandre Joubert
Coach of the Year – Allen Gilchrest
