Box Score Banner Elk, NC – The Emmanuel Women's Tennis team traveled to Banner Elk, NC to take on Lees McRae College today in conference action. The Bobcats got off to a strong start, taking the doubles point and continued to control the match, earning wins in 5 of 6 singles matches.  With the loss, the Lions fall to 5-7 on the season and 1-1 in conference play.

3. At #3 singles, M. Noor (LMCW) def. Tawana Senah in three sets, losing the first 6-3, then taking the next two, 6-3, 7-6. 
4. At #4 singles, Shatavisa Ghosh (EMMWT) def. L. Saqout (LMCW) in three sets, losing the first 6-1, before taking the next two, 6-2, 1-0. 
5. At #5 singles, A. Ivanova (LMCW) def. Darja Chistov (EMMWT) 6-4, 7-6. 
6. At #6 singles, B. Gumussoy (LMCW) def. Victoria Rodriguez (EMMWT) 8-6.
