Atlanta, GA – The Emmanuel Men's Track & Field team traveled to Atlanta, GA this weekend to compete in the Emory Spring Break Classic. The Lions competed well, with several top ten finishes.  
HIGHLIGHTS

• In the high jump, Orian Forrest placed 3^rd with a height of 1.95m. 
• In the Men's 10000M, Zaylen Alexander placed 3^rd with a time of 36:01.53. 
• In the 200M, Marcus Purcell placed 5^th with a time of 21.59. 
• In the Men's 4x200M relay, the Emmanuel team of Marcus Purcell, Nickli Lewis, Cameron Scott and Evan Deaton finished 5^th with a time of 1:29.81. 
• In the Men's Long Jump, Donavan Wright finished 5^th with a jump of 6.98m. 
• In the Men's 100M, Cameron Scott finished 8^th with a time of 10.77.
• In the 4x800M Relay, the Emmanuel team of Benjamin Hardman, JeVareus Brown, Demont'e Davis, and Tyler Johnson finished 8^th with a time of 8:49.59. 
• In the Men's 3000M Steeple, Tyler Johnson finished 10^th with a time of 11:13.83.

The Lions are back in action on Friday at the Gotta Run Invite hosted by Southern Wesleyan University.
