MOUNT OLIVE, NC – The Emmanuel Men's Track & Field team traveled to Mount Olive, NC this weekend to compete in the Trojans Relays hosted by the University of Mount Olive. The Lions performed well, with several top 10 finishes on the weekend. 
HIGHLIGHTS

• In the 400M dash, Nickili Lewis finished 1^st with a time of 48.83. 
• In the 3000M Steeplechase, JeVareus Brown placed 2^nd with a time of 10:40.44 and Tyler Brown finished 3^rd with a time of 11:10.95. 
• In the 5000M run, Zaylen Alexander finished 3^rd with a time of 16:44.98. 
• In the 4x100 Meter Relay, the Emmanuel team of Cameron Scott, Marcus Purcell, Jesse Official and Nickili Lewis placed 4^th with a time of 43:02. 
• In the high jump, Jermaine Williams placed 4^th with a jump of 1.90m. 
• In the 400M hurdles, Alex Davis placed 5^th with a time of 1:00.83. 
• In the 200M dash, Jesse Official finished 7^th with a time of 22.24. 
• In the long jump, Donavan Wright finished 7^th with a jump of 6.65m. 
• In the 100M dash, Official finished 8^th with a time of 10.86. 

Next up, the Lions will travel to Greensboro, NC to compete in the Aggie Invitational hosted by North Carolina A&T State University on April 18-19.
