Franklin Springs, GA – Conference Carolinas announced the 2025-26 All-Conference honors for Women's Wrestling today and Emmanuel junior, Karissa Turnwall was recognized as the Conference Wrestler of the Year after posting a perfect 23-0 record in the 2025-26 season. Turnwall, Janida Garcia, and Alexandra Ford were named First-Team All-Conference, with Ruby Edwards, Vida Beckel, and Gemma Templeman earning Second-Team All-Conference honors.

The Lions finished the regular season with a 10-3 record, 6-1 in conference action. The Lions are now poised for postseason action as they host the NCAA Regional Tournament on February 20-21 in the Shaw Athletic Center.
