FRANKLIN SPRINGS, GA – We are thrilled to welcome Justice Ricketts to the Emmanuel family as the Associate Director of Track & Field! 
Ricketts competed for the Lions as a pole vaulter for two seasons (2014, 2015) before completing his degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Georgia. He completed his master's degree in Kinesiology in 2021. Ricketts comes back to the Lion's Den with a strong track record, coaching multiple All-Americans and a Division II National Champion. 

COACHING TENURE

2018-21 UNIVERSITY OF NORTH GEORGIA

Ricketts served as the Assistant Track & Field and Sports Performance Coach for the Nighthawk. While there, Ricketts coached the Women's NCAA DII National Champion in the Pole Vault (2021) and a Division II All-American in the 400M/200M.

2022-24 – SOUTHERN VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY 

Ricketts served as the Assistant Track & Field and Sports Performance Coach at Southern Virginia. While there, he coached ten USA South Individual champions, ten USA South Conference team champions, three All-Region individuals, three USA South Conference individual record-holders and one NCAA DII All-American. 
 
2025-26 UNC PEMBROKE 
 
Ricketts served as an Assistant Coach for the Braves, specializing in vertical and horizontal jumps.
