FRANKLIN SPRINGS, GA - Conference Carolinas released their 2026 Women's Soccer Preseason Coaches' Poll this morning and the Emmanuel Lions are tabbed to finish 9^th out of 16 teams.
In 2025, the Lions went 6-7-4 overall, with a conference record of 6-4-3. The team made history, winning their first shared Division title in program history, earning the #4 seed in the Conference Tournament. 
Emmanuel brings back 14 returners from the 2025 squad with 11 newcomers added to the roster under first year head coach, Ged O'Connor.

The Lions open the 2026 season on the road with a matchup against Mississippi College on August 27 at 1PM. The Lions will play the first five games on the road before returning to Stephens Field for their conference home opener on September 16^th against Converse at 4:30PM!
