PITTSBURG, KS - The track and field team wrapped up their indoor season on Saturday as three Lions competed in the 2022 NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field National Championships.
After senior Moena Battle notched All-American status in the women's high jump on Friday, senior sprinters Jharna Alston and Sulaimane Bangura joined her on Saturday.
Alston finished 8th in the nation in the women's 200 meter sprint, posting a time of 24.80. Bangura finished 6th in the men's 400 meter sprint, finishing with a time of 47.61.
