Winston-Salem, NC – The Emmanuel Women's Track & Field team kicked off indoor last weekend in Winston-Salem, NC competing in the VWS College Kickoff. The Lions competed well, with several personal and school records broken. 

HIGHLIGHTS

Sophomore, Jai Piazza picked up where she left off last season with a 3rd place finish in the long jump, with a jump of 5.80. 

In the 400M race, sophomore, Morgan Hall finished 12th with a time of 1:03.77 while senior, Ashley Williams finished 16th with a personal best time of 1:07.35. 

Sophomore, Rayven Thurston performed well in the triple jump, placing 7th with a jump of 10.80m.
