Birmingham, AL – The Emmanuel Women's Track team competed in the KMS Invitational over the weekend hosted in Birmingham, AL. The Lions performed well with several top ten finishers. 
 
MEET HIGHLIGHTS:

• Jai Piazza finished 1^st in the long jump with a jump of 5.84m. 
• The Women's 4x200m relay made up of Jai Piazza, Valasha Carter, Alexis Wilcher, and Morgan Hall finished 3^rd with a time of 1:48.88. 
• The Women's 4x400m relay made up of Ashley Williams, Jayda Spikes, Janiya Robinson and Bailee Stanley finished 7^th with a time of 4:41.55. 
• Daja Saddler finished 10^th in the high jump with a jump of 1.25m. 
• Jai Piazza finished 10^th in the 400m with a time of 1:02.2.
• Rayven Thurston finished 6^th in the triple jump with a jump of 10.85m. 

 
Next up, the Lions will travel to Winston-Salem, NC for the JDL Flat is Fast Invitational held at the JDL Fast Track on Sunday, January 26!
