MOUNT OLIVE, NC – The Emmanuel Women's Track & Field team traveled to Mount Olive, NC to take part in the Trojan Relays hosted by the University of Mount Olive. The Lions performed well, with several top finishes in the distance and relay races. 
HIGHLIGHTS

• In the 5000 Meter Run, Paola Rubio placed 1^st with a time of 21:23.64 with MaKayla Jones finishing 2^ndwith a time of 22:02.35. 
• In the 4x100M relay, the Emmanuel team of Valasha Carter, Morgan Hall, Rayven Thurston and Alexis Wilcher placed 4^th with a time of 50.29. 
• In the triple jump, Valasha Carter placed 6^th with a jump of 10.37m. 
• In the 4x400M relay, the Emmanuel team of Morgan Hall, Valasha Carter, Rayven Thurston and Jayda Spikes placed 6^th with a time of 4:34.84. 
• In the 1500 Meter Run, Jocelyn Dean finished 12^th with a time of 5:58.44 while Jade Stephens placed 13^th with a time of 5:58.67. 
• Morgan Hall placed 13^th in the 400 Meter Dash with a time of 1:02.40 with Jayda Spikes finishing 17^thwith a time of 1:04.88.
